1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, the “TCS”) apply to all orders placed with the brand SveRossi BAGS (hereinafter, “SveRossi BAGS”) for the purchase of handcrafted fashion accessories, in particular handbags, made in Switzerland. By placing an order, the client accepts these TCS in full and without reservation.
2. Products and Manufacturing
Each SveRossi BAGS item is individually handcrafted for each order. As a result, each piece is unique and may exhibit minor variations that are inherent to artisanal craftsmanship.
All products are delivered in carefully prepared branded packaging. Each handbag comes with two interchangeable straps: one made of glass pearls, and one made of gold- or silver-toned metal, coordinated with the hardware and closures of the specific model ordered. These components are supplied in separate dustbags, included in the packaging.
Each product is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, specifying the exact model reference and a unique serial number, completed by our team at the time of delivery or at the time of purchase via our online boutique.
3. Order and Contract Formation
The sale contract is deemed concluded upon issuance of an order confirmation by SveRossi BAGS. All orders are final and binding upon full receipt of payment.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF), including applicable Swiss taxes (VAT). Standard shipping via signed-for delivery is included in the price. Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
SveRossi BAGS reserves the right to adjust prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is placed. Any applicable import duties, taxes or fees imposed by the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the client.
5. Production and Delivery Times
Production timelines vary depending on product complexity and material availability. An indicative lead time is communicated to the client upon order confirmation. SveRossi BAGS will make all reasonable efforts to adhere to these timelines but does not guarantee delivery by a specific date.
Shipping is carried out exclusively via signed-for parcels to the address provided by the client. Shipping costs are included in the advertised price. Risk transfers to the client as soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier.
6. Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article 40c of the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the client’s specifications or that are clearly personalized.
7. Limited Warranty
SveRossi BAGS warrants that the products delivered are free from material defects at the time of delivery.
Any claim must be submitted in writing via email within three (3) business days of receipt of the goods, accompanied by photographic evidence of the defect. After this period, the products are deemed accepted without reservation.
In the event of a proven and acknowledged defect, SveRossi BAGS’ liability is limited, at its sole discretion and upon return and inspection of the product, to one of the following remedies:
- Repair of the product, or
- Replacement of the product, or
- Issuance of a store credit.
All other warranties are expressly excluded, including but not limited to those covering normal wear and tear, natural aging of materials, improper use, or lack of proper care.
8. Liability
SveRossi BAGS disclaims all liability for indirect, consequential, or immaterial damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of income, or reputational harm.
In any case, the maximum liability of SveRossi BAGS shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the product concerned.
9. Intellectual Property
All designs, models, photographs, texts, logos, and brand names are the exclusive property of SveRossi BAGS. Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
10. Data Protection
Client personal data is processed confidentially in accordance with Swiss data protection legislation and solely for the purposes of fulfilling orders and managing customer relationships.
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These TCS are governed by Swiss substantive law, to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the registered office of SveRossi BAGS, unless otherwise mandated by compulsory legal provisions.
